Koeun Park, relatively unknown in Korea is a fearless Leo, born in 1972 and majored in fashion design at the prestigious Seoul National University. She ripened her original sensitivity of couture while studying at Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne and extensively apprenticing at Haute Couture maisons in Paris. She moved to Milan to start designing for Giorgio Armani men’s black label, laying the cornerstone to a full scale career as a designer.
At Donna Karan, New York, she was given a chance to prove her versatile design skills while designing extensively between Donna Karan men’s and women’s collection, where she experienced an “enlightenment” in her career path. In summer of 2004, Park struck out and established her own design company ‘Factory of Faith’ in Milan, and launched her first collection labeled “Forme 3’3204322896’.
